Can You Teach A New Dog, Old Tricks?

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Before there were computers, there was an ancient technology called paper and pencils!  With computer software like Sketch-up, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, Vectorworks and even 3-D printing possibilities; we’ve certainly expedited how quickly we can produce design documents. But have we rooted these things in good, basic drawing, rendering and modeling skills?  Skipping these ‘old school’ skills is a design development flaw that will hinder the aesthetic understanding and utilization of newer technologies.  This workshop will explore some of the more basic design skills, process and techniques for effective scenographic communication.
